How I've helped others transform their strength:
Start with a 6 week strength and mobility program to find your feet and build weekly routines. You will have scheduled strength and stretch sessions and be encouraged to join the Pink Power Project forum for monthly outdoor cardio challenges to suit your ability and goals.
You'll get a program that suits your training kit and experience and have the ability to leave comments on your workouts for feedback. We have a community forum with fun content like Technique Tuesday to share training videos, Winning or WTF Wednesday and on Friday's we always celebrate wins. You put in the work and I'll be your cheerleader and pink powered motivator. I will also help you power up and dial down through the rollercoaster of middle age through useful tips and videos in training app we will use.
Once you have read your T&Cs and made your payment you will be send a link to join the Everfit App where my coaching platform is based. You will be guided through the set up process and a program will be assigned straight away to suit your needs. You can then book a welcome coaching call with me so we can make sure you are all set to get started.
You have a direct inbox in your app to me so you can always ask questions and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
